My name is Joseph Richardson, I created this blog for teens who feel like they’re trying to figure everything out while carrying a lot inside. I’ve had my own moments of doubt, stress, and confusion, and I know how lonely that can feel.

I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and the reminders I wish I had when things felt overwhelming. This space is about growth, mental health, self-love, and being honest about the ups and downs of being a teen.
